Where will GRIT Awards 2024 be held?

GRIT Awards 2023 will be held online this year. We really need to contribute towards climate actions. Looking at the Dubai floods and with an aim to reduce ours and guests carbon footprint we are going virtual. This will also enable increased participation and recognition of companies all over the world.

Which GRIT Award should I register for?

    • ESG Excellence – Organisations which have been following a full range of ESG practices. Organisations could be corporates – listed or public sector undertakings. 
    • Environmental Excellence Award- Organisations which have set the Scope 1,2 and 3 targets and are following decarbonisation strategies to achieve carbon neutrality. They are leading in environmental practices with their innovative technologies and transparent reporting.
    • Social Impact Champion- Social enterprises which are contributing to ESG in the social space. Social entrepreneur, non-profit organisation, and organisations which have integrated social responsibility into their core operations and have a measurable positive impact on society.
    • Excellence in Ethical Leadership Award –  Have implemented ethical practices within their companies and demonstrated a commitment to corporate governance. Government officials or politicians who have displayed integrity, transparency, and ethical decision-making in their public service. Academic scholars or educators who have made significant contributions to the field of ethics and leadership through research, teaching, or advocacy.
    • Climate Innovation Award – Entrepreneur, innovators and startups, research institutions which have developed innovative solutions or technologies aimed at addressing climate change or mitigating its impacts 
    • Circular Economy Leadership – Organizations, or companies, start ups and innovators  that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in advancing the principles and practices of the circular economy
    • Most Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative – Recognizes organizations or initiatives that have implemented exemplary practices to promote sustainability throughout their supply chains.
    • Climate Reporting and Transparency Award –Recognizes organizations, or entities that excel in reporting on climate-related issues with transparency, accuracy, and integrity.
    • Green Technology Pioneer – Companies, research institutions, or organizations that have made significant contributions to the development, implementation, or advancement of green or sustainable technologies.
    • Best Green & Sustainable Finance Initiative- Banks, investment firms, asset managers, insurance companies, and other financial institutions that have launched innovative green and sustainable finance initiatives. 
    • Best Renewable Energy Solution Award- Organizations, or entities that have developed or implemented innovative and effective renewable energy technologies, projects, or initiatives. 
    • Best Waste Management Solution Award-Start ups, Tech companies, and corporations across various industries that have developed technologies or/and implemented effective waste management practices, circular economy initiatives, or sustainable packaging solutions. This could include businesses that prioritize waste reduction, reuse, and recycling in their supply chains, manufacturing processes, or product design.
    • Best SDG Award- Organizations, businesses, or start upsthat have made significant contributions to advancing one or more of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. 
    • Best Changemaker Award- Organizations, or start ups that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact in driving positive change through their solutions and contributions and addressing pressing societal challenges.
    • Web 3 Sustainability Innovation- Organizations, or businessesthat leverage Web 3.0 technologies to advance sustainability goals and address ESG related challenges.

 

What is the process of screening for an award?

Screening Criteria

    • Round 01 – Nominations accepted. Objective Assessment and Shortlisting with scores shared with all nominees.
    • Round 02 – Voting by stakeholders and general public which will enable two-way engagement.
    • Round 03 – Presentations by businesses which will be evaluated by the Jury composed of eminent global personalities and technical experts.
    • Felicitation – Award Ceremony

How much does it cost for a viewing registration?

For viewing registration, it is free of charge. You can register through our LinkedIn event.

After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?
